'A Christmas Carol', Charles Dickens Christmas November 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, 1999. Proceeds from the event are donated to charitable organizations and churches in the community.

• A Christmas Carol House, November 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Each room of the historic Parker-Stewart House will be professionally decorated for the Holidays by floral designers. Artwork and decorations will be for sale.
  
• Candlelight Tea, November 11,12,13,14 and 15. Enjoy afternoon tea from 2:00pm - 4:00pm served daily in the Provost Gallery Tearoom.
  
• A Christmas Carol House and Candelight Tea admissions ticket for both events are $8.00 in advance or $10.00 on tour dates. Tea only is $4.95).
  
• Make A Joyful Noise The 24 piece Sheryl Ward & Company Gospel Choir will perform this holiday concert Friday November 12th in the AME Church. Tickets $10.00.
  
• A Christmas Carol Candelight Tour of Homes Saturday November 13th from 1:00pm - 7:00pm. See several historic homes and Bed and Breakfasts' decorated for the Holidays. A shuttle service will be available for the tour of homes.
  
• "My Darling Judith" The Swamp Fox Players special performance will be at 8:00pm November 13th following the Homes Tour. Tickets $10.00. The After Theatre Supper is $10.00.
